Terms of service

1. The service

Planneritz (planneritz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that keeps the content you plan for your websites and brands — platforms, channels, dated content items and their live links — on one calendar with a Today list and a schedule generator.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; what happens under your sign-in is yours.

3. Limits and plans

Every plan has a limit on content items placed per month; the Free plan also holds one platform. Free includes 20 items a month. Starter, Professional and Business are billed in advance through Razorpay, monthly or annually, and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay. Prices in rupees include GST; prices in US dollars are the whole amount.

4. Your data

What you enter stays yours and can be exported as CSV at any time. Planneritz never holds a full card number, CVV or bank credential, never connects to a bank or vendor, and never moves money on your behalf.

5. Publishing and accuracy

Planneritz plans and records; it does not post to any platform and never holds a platform password. Publishing on each channel, and what you publish there, is your responsibility, and we are not liable for a missed post, a platform action or a lapse. We do not provide legal advice about content.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempt to overload or reverse the service, no use that harms other people. We may suspend accounts that break this.

7. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Browser tools keep working once loaded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Law

Indian law; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
